The repair works, the electrical current to the station, and the re -work, have been completed at full capacity.
The governor also continued to raise the state of alert until the situation stabilizes completely, stressing the need to conduct a comprehensive review of the infrastructure of vital stations, and to determine the priorities of maintenance to avoid the repetition of such breakdowns in the future.
