Last Thursday, the investigation authorities referred a 27 -year -old, who works as a driver at a smart transportation company for urgent criminal trial, after he was charged with accusing him of the indecent assault of a young girl without her consent of force and threat, as well as her stealing by coercion under the threat of a white weapon.
The competent investigation authorities charged the accused, accusing the victim’s display of the victim without her consent, by force and threat, if he was connected to her place of residence through smart transport applications, taking advantage of her individual presence with him inside the car, so he became famous in her face with a white weapon (catech) to intimidate her and spread terror in herself.
Cairo 24 obtained the text of the investigations into the accusation of a driver of a smart transport company of indecent assault of a girl by force and threats, as well as her stealing coercion under the threat of a white weapon.
Victim
The victim’s statements in the case came, that the accused in which a 27 -year -old man, who works as a driver in a smart transport company, has committed a crime that violated a girl of force and threat, as well as her stealing coercion under the threat of a white weapon.
In her detailed statements in front of the competent investigative bodies, the victim made 33 years old and occupied the job of an executive secretary, which during the investigations revealed the details of the physical and stealing assault she suffered, during her independence of the accused’s car that she requested through an approved electronic application.
The victim said in her statements: The car that I asked for the application of a smart transport company was located late at night, and the driver was on his own inside the car, and when we arrived at one of the roads without passers -by suddenly stopped, and before I absorbed what was going on, months in my face a white weapon, threatening to harm if I do not remain silent.
The victim continued that the accused explicitly asked her to sexually assaulted her, and when she decided to escape from the car, she was surprised by him to take her own bag from her hand forcibly, before driving in the car away.
In the investigations, the victim added that the bag that the accused driver extracted from it contained its mobile phone and a number of bank cards and private documents, noting that she was quick to report the incident as soon as she was able to leave the crime location.
She stated that all that she was subjected to under the threat of weapons, and in the absence of the ability to resist, which makes the entire incident – according to investigations – falls under the description of the indecent assault by force, coercion and theft of coercion.
