The Special Council for Administrative Affairs of the State Council, headed by Counselor Osama Youssef Shalaby, head of the State Council, approved, at its session today, Wednesday, August 27, the judicial movement of the State Council judges for the judicial year 2025/2026, provided that work will begin from the first of next October.

Judicial Movement for the year 2025 – 2026

The movement included the formation of the private council as follows:

• Counselor Osama Youssef Shalaby, President of the State Council – President of the Supreme Administrative Court.
• Counselor Safwat Amer Al -Fiqi, First Deputy Chairman of the State Council – President of the General Assembly of the Fatwa and Legislative Sections.
• Counselor Dr. Hussein Abdullah Qaid, Vice -President of the State Council – President of Administrative and Disciplinary Courts Affairs.
• Counselor Omar Dahi, Vice -President of the State Council – President of the Administrative Judicial Court.
• Counselor Tariq Mohamed Latif, Vice -President of the State Council – Head of the Technical Inspection Department.
• Counselor Sayed Abdullah Sultan, Vice -President of the State Council – Chairman of the State Commissioners Authority.
• Counselor Mahmoud Ibrahim Abu Al -Dahab, Vice -President of the State Council – Head of the Legislative Department.

The movement also included:

• 105 judges in the Supreme Administrative Court.
• 1239 judges in the Administrative Judicial Court.
579 judges are attached to administrative and disciplinary courts.
• 1645 judges are attached to the State Commissioners Authority.

The Council affirmed that it was taken into account in preparing the movement in response to the desires of the judges and resettlement in cases that require this, taking into account the interest of work and health and social conditions.

In a step precedent, the first of its kind, the movement included the enrollment of 135 judges in the various sections of the council, including the Administrative Judicial Court, the administrative and disciplinary courts, the fatwa departments, the State Commissioners Authority, the Judicial Studies Center, and the technical offices.

Counselor Osama Shalaby stressed that the State Council continues to develop the judicial work system through digital transformation to ensure the speedy dismissal of cases, congratulating the judges on the occasion of the approach of the new judicial year, and appreciating their efforts in establishing the message of justice.
