General Motors (GM) is seeking to return the former Cruz employees as part of its renewable efforts to develop a self -driving car, according to Bloomberg, quoting informed sources.

The report added that the company will focus this time on developing self -driving cars for personal use, compared to the previous period in which it was seeking to develop automatic taxi service.
In December, General Motors announced that it would stop financing the development of Cruz taxi robots, and will merge the unit owned by a majority of its shares into its technical teams, and General Motors explained that the development of taxi robots requires time and great resources to expand its scope, adding that the market is witnessing increasing competition.
