The Awqaf Directorate in Assiut Governorate announced the formation of an expanded committee under the auspices of Sheikh Mohamed Abdel -Latif Mahmoud, Director of Da`wah and Acting Director of the Directorate, headed by Sheikh Nasser Muhammad Al -Sayed Ali, Director of Follow -up, and in coordination with the Assiut Security Directorate led by Major General Ahmed Kamel, Assistant Director of Security, Lt. Col. Ali Nasr, Head of the Investigation Department of the First Department, Colonel Walid Abbas, the warden of the first department of Assiut, and with the participation of Mamdouh Jabr, head Endowments of West Assiut, and Muhammad Mustafa Al -Shahat is a legal member, to take immediate and decisive measures to remove the transgression against the Al -Yousifi Mosque, in the presence of the members of the committee.
Remove the infringement of the Al -Yousifi Mosque
Sheikh Muhammad Abd al -Latif Mahmoud Ali said that the Assiut Endowments Directorate will not allow at all to be in any way of infringement or tampering with the prohibition of the homes of God Almighty, stressing that the mosques are the beacons of Hoda and Nour, which were established to unite the ranks and collect hearts to obey God, and not a field for personal ambitions or blatant violations.
Sheikh Muhammad Abd al -Latif added that any person who begged themselves to prejudice the prohibition of the homes of God, or try to use them for any unlawful purpose, will face unimaginable deterrent measures, and will take all legal measures in cooperation with the competent security and executive services.
Abdel -Latif explained that the Ministry of Endowments and the Directorate of Endowments of Assiut are moving according to a clear methodology based on packages and discipline, and that protecting mosques and maintaining their sanctity is from the core of legal and national responsibility, noting that these firm positions come from the legal duty to protect the homes of God, preserve their mission, and deter every aggressor or transgressive.
Sheikh Muhammad Abd al -Latif affirmed that this approach will continue to be fixed and does not change, no matter how some people try to compromise or wrap around the law, the prohibition of God’s homes is above all considerations.
Sheikh Mohamed Abdel -Latif Mahmoud, the highest thanks and appreciation to the Assiut Security Directorate and the presidency of the West Assiut neighborhood, extended the efforts made and sincere cooperation in taking the necessary measures to remove the infringement, stressing that this harmony between state institutions reflects the spirit of shared responsibility in protecting the homes of God and preserving its blessed message and proves that everyone has one row in protecting the places of worship and maintaining its place that is required by Sharia and law.
