In a new step to enhance the user experience on its smart screens, Samsung announced significant improvements in its Bixby audio assistant within the 2025 TV assortment, with the addition of features supported by obstetric artificial intelligence aimed at facilitating access to information and controlling home appliances in natural and fast ways.
Natural conversation experience and smart responses
The user no longer needs to follow specific orders or open lists to reach the Bixby, as it can now be activated or via the microphone button easily.
The new version is characterized by an understanding of context and providing follow -up responses, which gives the user an interactive conversation experience closer to natural.
Bixby can now respond to public inquiries such as “What is the height of Mount Everest?” Or submit musical suggestions such as “occupy a quiet running menu on a rainy day”, and it can also display additional information about the content on the screen without stopping it.
Click to search the search becomes smarter
One of the most prominent improvements is Bixby’s inclusion with the Click to Search feature, allowing viewers to obtain detailed information about anything such as offers or topics while following channels or live broadcasts from Samsung TV Plus.
The assistant can answer questions that have nothing to do with the content, such as “Give me a specific recipe” based on external sources to bring answers.
Smart home control center
The improved Bixby is integrated with the SmartTHings platform to control the smart devices associated with the TV, which turns it into a smart house driving center.
The user can issue orders such as “extinguish the oven” or “adjust the air conditioner to 25 degrees” directly on TV without the need to use the phone or additional applications.
The privacy of the user is protected
In light of the increasing interest in digital safety, Samsung confirmed that Bixby is protected by the Samsung Knox platform, and sound data is not stored on servers or on TV, allowing users to benefit from smart features while maintaining their privacy.
Offering and future updates
The new version of Bixby will be provided on the 2025 models of NEO QLED, OLED, The Frame and QLED TVs first in South Korea, before it is available globally.
Samsung plans to launch an improved version of Vision Ai technology next October as part of the seven -year free Tizen OS upgrade program, and includes regular software updates and continuous features of features.
