Cairo 24 learned from its sources that the coach held a special session with Saif Jaafar, during which he praised his level in the meeting in particular, and in the recent training in general, stressing his seriousness and desire to always provide the best.
The source pointed out that Ferrera told the player: I adore the player who is on the bench, but he goes down to the field and makes the difference, because this means that he focuses well and puts the interest of the team above all considerations.
The coach asked the player to continue focusing and working hard, stressing that the continuity in the distinctive performance will give him a greater role in the starting lineup during the upcoming matches.
Zamalek opened his season in the league by beating Ceramica Cleopatra with a clean double, scored by Nasser Maher in the 84th minute and Mohamed Shehata in the 98th minute, to win the team’s first three points in his career towards competition for the title.
Zamalek is preparing to face the Arab contractors next Saturday, at nine o’clock in the Cairo International Stadium, in the second round of the Premier League.
