“Fatil Bahrain” concludes a training course on the basics of hospitality for Parliament employees

The Fatel Bahrain School of Hospitality concluded a specialized training course for Parliament employees, aiming to expand their experience in the field of hospitality by introducing them to the latest trends and practices in this sector.

The program included a group of basic axes that enable the participants to provide distinguished hospitality services according to the highest international standards, as the training sessions included theoretical and applied aspects, ensuring the maximum benefit to the participants.

Commenting on the conclusion of the training course, His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Director General of the College of “Fatil Bahrain” for hospitality, affirmed that this initiative comes within the framework of the commitment that the college takes to enhance cooperation with various entities and develop its cadres in the areas of hospitality, indicating that this program was designed specifically to contribute to enhancing the skills of the House of Representatives in providing high -quality hospitality services with a focus on the practical aspects that enable them to implement what Learn it directly in their work environment.

His Excellency added: “We believe that a luxurious hospitality culture must be a distinctive feature of all cadres that deal with guests and visitors in all institutions, and we are continuing in our partnerships and programs with various parties based on our vision to enable national cadres by developing the skills required for them in this vital sector.”

For their part, the participants expressed their happiness to complete the training course provided by “Fatil Bahrain”, noting that it allowed them to develop their skills in the field of hospitality according to the latest standards, and provided them with a mixture of theoretical and practical training, which enabled them to acquire new practices and knowledge and implement them to raise the level of hospitality services provided in the House of Representatives.
