The Ministry of Education in the United Arab Emirates announced its full readiness and preparations for the start of the academic year 2025-2026, revealing a package of comprehensive development and development plans that aim to improve the government education system in the country, according to a statement.

The Ministry has provided a set of important developments that will be applied, most notably the cancellation of the unified central tests for the end of the second semester, and their replacement with a final school evaluation system that gives greater flexibility in amending the weights weights, and the national test system will be developed by adopting the standard efficiency test for students from the fourth to the eleventh.
Development plans also include the adoption of the project -based learning and evaluation system for students of the second episode, and the launch of a specialized program for physical education, sports and health to enhance healthy lifestyles in the school environment, and to emphasize the importance of authentic values, the Ministry will focus on promoting national identity through the curricula of Arabic language and Islamic education.
The Ministry launched a campaign to return to schools in preparation for receiving the new academic year, as it announced the opening of 9 new schools and to conduct maintenance for 465 existing schools.
Also, 25,345 new students were registered at the various levels of study, the appointment of 830 new educational cadres, and the participation of more than 23 thousand cadres in an intense specialized training week of 170 hours.
In addition to preparing 5,500 school buses to transport students, printing and distributing more than 10 million copies of textbooks, distributing 47 thousand mobile computer devices, and rehabilitating 1,000 teachers to teach the artificial intelligence curriculum.
