ABU DHABI – The UAE has condemned the UAE in the strongest expressions of the dangerous Israeli escalation and the violations of the Israeli army in the Syrian territories, confirming its complete rejection of the violation of the sovereignty of Syria and the threat of its security and stability. In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that the continuous Israeli incursions into Syrian territory constitute a flagrant violation of international law, and the agreement to break the clash between Syria and Israel in 1974, which Israel must respect. The Ministry stressed the UAE’s steadfast position towards supporting Syria’s stability and sovereignty over its entire lands, and its standing by the brotherly Syrian people, and its support for all endeavors that aim to achieve its aspirations for security and peace
