The Ministry of Education concluded the summer enrichment program for the academic year 2024-2025, which was implemented in 11 summer centers in the various governorates of the Kingdom of Bahrain, over a period of four weeks, with the wide participation of male and female students in the primary and preparatory stages, and under the supervision of a group of supervisors and educational specialists from the ministry’s cadres.
The Assistant Undersecretary for Educational Services at the Ministry of Education, Kifaya Al -Anzour, confirmed that the program was a rich and integrated educational experience, aiming to link theoretical knowledge to practical application, in a stimulating and fun educational environment, which contributes to the development of the student’s personality and capabilities in various fields, noting the great demand from students on the program for this year, in order to support the Ministry’s efforts to prepare a more efficient and creative generation.
For their part, a number of parents expressed their deep gratitude to the Ministry of Education, praising the diversity and quality of activities, and the positive impact they touched on developing the skills of their children and investing their time during the summer vacation in a fruitful and constructive manner.
The program included a set of educational workshops, interactive activities and various competitions, which dealt with multiple fields such as: art and design, science, culture, theater, sports activities, scout activities and gathering activities, and these activities were carefully designed to meet students’ needs, and contribute to developing their personal and social skills, in addition to enhancing the spirit of cooperation and belonging to them.
At the end of the program, the centers organized a festive closing concerts that included artistic paragraphs presented by students themselves, which reflected the skills they gained during the program period, and the participating male and female students were honored, and certificates of participation were distributed in appreciation of their commitment and positive interaction.
