The General Administration of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai signed a memorandum of understanding with the volunteer “Emirates Pulse” team, with the aim of consolidating the culture of volunteer work and unifying efforts in supporting humanitarian and societal initiatives that contribute to achieving sustainable development and quality of life, in line with Dubai’s vision in promoting positive values and community participation. The memo signed the establishment of Dubai, Major General Awad Mohamed Ghanem Saeed Al -Aweer, Assistant Director General of the Human and Financial Resources Sector, and on the “UAE Pulse”, Dr. Khaled Nawab Al -Balushi, head of the team. The memo aims to enhance joint cooperation between the two parties in organizing voluntary and community initiatives, and exchange experiences and knowledge in a way that contributes to raising efficiency
