Brigadier Juma Salem bin Suwaidan, Director of the General Traffic Department in Dubai Police, confirmed that the traffic patrols seized two dazzling drivers, after they appeared in video clippings as they were ascending and reviewing the front of their two vehicles “Al -Bonnet” while they were running their cars, with the aim of achieving fame on social media and increasing the number of views. Brigadier Juma bin Suwaidan explained that this behavior constitutes a serious danger to the life of the driver and others, and is a grave violation of traffic and traffic laws, noting that Dubai Police has seized the two vehicles and applied Decree No. 30 of 2023 regarding vehicle reservation, which provides for a financial fine of 50,000 dirhams to dismantle the vehicle’s reservation.
