The Dubai Marine Authority has announced the launch of a license to issue a license to lead the entertainment marine means, devoted to visitors who hold licenses issued by the member states of the International Maritime Organization, including the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, Europe and the United States of America and a number of countries approved globally.
