The Ministry of Interior announced that the Coast Guard Command organized an awareness campaign in the maritime area of Durrat Bahrain, within the framework of the community partnership with various civil society institutions, through the implementation of programs that aim to improve the awareness aspect related to public safety guidelines when going to coast.
The campaign included a presentation of safety guidelines and proper behavior methods in cases of marine accidents, in addition to directing parents to follow up children and not leave them alone during swimming, and emphasize the importance of wearing a escape jacket and following the weather conditions to avoid swimming in the areas of marine currents or when the winds are very fast.
