Beyon provides the Traffic Department with 500 smart cameras and an integrated traffic control system

Beyon announced the signing of a partnership agreement with the Ministry of Interior to implement the integrated traffic control system based on artificial intelligence technologies, with the aim of enhancing traffic safety and raising levels of discipline and road safety.

The agreement was signed by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Nationality, Passports and Residence Sheikh Hisham bin Abdul Rahman Al Khalifa, CEO of Bahrain Mumtalak Holding Company and Chairman of Beyon Company, Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, in the presence of the Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Traffic Council, the first team, Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, and the Minister of Finance and National Economy Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa.

Under the agreement, Beyon Solutions, one of Beyon, will provide the General Traffic Department with 500 smart cameras that are part of an integrated traffic control system based on the latest technologies of artificial intelligence.

The company is proud to be a partner in the national efforts led by the Ministry of the Interior in the context of the Royal Royal Approach to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the king of the country, and with the support of the esteemed government headed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, with the aim of promoting traffic safety, protecting lives and property, and keeping pace with modernization in the traffic system.

The Chairman of Beyon, Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, expressed his pride and appreciation for the confidence of the Ministry of Interior in the capabilities of Beyond Company and its role in supporting the Ministry’s efforts in adopting the latest and most advanced systems, with the aim of achieving the highest levels of traffic safety. He pointed out that the integrated traffic control system includes advanced technical solutions that depend on artificial intelligence, and it has the ability to learn, self -development and provide high -precision data that helps in taking effective proactive measures.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Khalifa affirmed the commitment of Beyon Solutions to provide the maximum support levels during the project application stages in line with the goals set to achieve the best results. He added that this partnership reflects the company’s approach to supporting national efforts to achieve the 2030 vision and enhance the Kingdom’s position as a leading regional platform in the field of digital transformation and artificial intelligence.
