Bahraini chef Mohamed Badi will participate in the “Al -Hasawi 2025” exhibition in its second version, which is held at the Al -Ahsa Exhibition Center in Al -Ahsa Governorate during the period from August 21 to September 6, 2025, at a special invitation from the organizing committee of the exhibition.
The participation of Bedie comes on Friday, August 29, as it will present a group of innovative recipes that depend on “Al -Hasawi” with authentic Bahraini touches, indicating that these recipes will be presented for the first time in front of the audience in this event.
The exhibition is organized by Al -Ahsa Chamber in partnership with the Al -Ahsa Development Authority, as part of the recommendations of the Al -Ahsa Forum and an extension of the Chamber’s strategic initiatives aimed at empowering the private sector and enhancing the sustainability of the agricultural oasis.
The “Al -Hasawi” exhibition is a prominent annual platform to introduce this heritage product and highlight its role in the food heritage, as the exhibition brings together a group of chefs, farmers and those interested in local products from different countries.
