The Bahraini sport lost one of the stars of the first football team, the veteran player, Hamad Sharida, who passed away on Friday after a national sporting career full of giving in the ranks of Al -Muharraq and the national team.
The late Hamad Shraida is one of the elite players and attackers who lived in Muharraq in the last century, as he was distinguished as a strong and prominent striker, and he was known for his sincerity and great loyalty to Bahrain and his Muharraq club, to engrave his name in letters of gold in the history of Bahraini football.
And Narida was born in a well -known sports family led by his siblings and former player Salman Sherida, who is considered one of the best players and coaches in the history of Bahraini football, along with his brother, the player Youssef Sharida, one of the best sons of his generation in Muharraq and Bahrain, as well as his brother, the able player and journalist Rashid Draida, one of the Bahraini media elite for decades.
Hamad Draida left a large and clear imprint in Bahraini football, and he is considered one of the symbols of the ball in Al -Muharraq Club, in addition to his great contributions at the level of military sport in the Kingdom of Bahrain, to which he presented many of his experiences, and he headed him to the military sports delegations participating abroad, to contract after a military bidding march to Bahrain with the rank of dean from the Bahrain Defense Force.
