In the education sector, excessive dependence on students on artificial intelligence in resolving duties and projects led them to decline in research, writing and analysis skills, which turned learning into a smart copy mechanism.
Artificial intelligence depends mainly on the “original” content produced by humans, but if the content base expands to be recycled from the outputs of the artificial intelligence itself, we risk entering into a vicious circle, and similar results that depend on homogeneous content without creativity or real intellectual diversity. The solution is to design tools to support critical thinking, not to cancel it. Institutions and individuals need to build awareness and skills that enable them to use these tools in an integrated critical, and it is more beneficial to enhance the culture of “verification and analysis” no “transport and copying”. Artificial intelligence tools must be harnessed to motivate us to think, not to think instead of us.
