Obstetric artificial intelligence, such as “ChatGPT and Gemini”, infiltrated our daily lives quietly until it became part of our routine without paying attention. We find it in our phones when he suggests words while writing, and in simultaneous translation applications that transmit texts between languages with sight. Artificial intelligence systems also help us to formulate messages and generate pictures of text, and even summarize lengthy articles within seconds. Even in the field of education, children and students benefit from interactive applications supported by artificial intelligence explaining lessons, and answering questions simply and attractive.
The true benefits of these tools have become clear to everyone. It saves time and effort by accomplishing routine tasks quickly and accurately, which enhances productivity and work. For example, the employee can rely on an intelligent assistant to arrange his schedule or respond to messages, to devote what is more important. These tools also support self -learning by providing specific recommendations and help to understand information and make better decisions by analyzing a large amount of data quickly.
But with this spread, the risk of unconscious use also appears. Excessive use of artificial intelligence may weaken the skills of critical and creative thinking, as a person gets used to ready solutions instead of thinking himself. The automated content may include wrong information that facilitates the spread of false news and difficult to distinguish between real and false. There are also concerns about privacy, as many applications collect user data without their knowledge, which threatens their privacy. Informed fascination with technology can affect values and behavior, especially among young people.
Therefore, for safe use: First, the information provided by artificial intelligence systems must be validated and not considered final facts without verifying their credibility. Second, it should not be fully relying on it, but rather to deal with it as only auxiliary means, while continuing to develop personal thinking and analysis. Third, parents and teachers should monitor and direct children’s use of these techniques and ensure the suitability of the content of values and morals. As for the fourth, it is important to understand the foundations of the work of these technologies and their limits; Whenever the user understands the mechanism of tools, it can invest in an optimal way and avoid its faults. Last but not least, governments and countries must develop policies that protect the privacy of users, and organize the work of these technologies to ensure their use in a responsible and safe way.
