In December 2023, the International Trade Committee (ITC) issued a ban on the import of specific models of Apple Watch to the United States after it was proven that it violated the MASIMO invention patent, however, MASIMO was surprised when she later learned that the Customs Authority canceled the ban, after Apple announced the feature of re -designed podium oxidization.
