“Amanat Al -Asimah”: Removing 47 vehicles and scripts and selling them by auction if they are not received

The “Capital Municipality” announced the presence of approximately 47 vehicles, types of scrap and scrap, removed from the streets, roads, sidewalks, public squares and beaches in implementation of the provisions of the text of Article (7) of Law No. (10) of 2019 regarding public hygiene and its executive regulations.

The Capital Secretariat, through a post, on its official account on the Instagram platform, called on the owners of those vehicles or who has a legal status in which the initiative was received no later than 21-08-2025, to cooperate with it for the public interest, after completing the administrative and financial procedures prescribed in the cleaning group located in the Tubli area, in the presence of the owner personally or who is on his behalf by law while bringing the documents needed to prove the ownership of the vehicle And he paid the fine of the removal, and indicated that in the event of not removing during the specified date, the Capital Secretariat will sell it to a general bidding.

While the head of the Services Committee of the Capital Secretariat, Dr. Hoda Sultan said that the Capital Secretariat Council receives many complaints about scrap cars, and in turn submits these complaints to the Capital Municipality, which applies the provisions of the new hygiene law by notifying the relevant authority and the owner of the car and requested to be removed within a certain period, and in the event that the decision is not implemented, it is presented in a general bid.

She added that Bahrain is a civilized country, leaving vehicles, scrap types and scabies spread on the streets, roads, sidewalks and public squares distorting the general view, as it poses a danger to the public and children, and called on citizens and residents to adhere to the laws and preserve the public environment.

She emphasized that the action taken contributes to addressing the problem that the Capital Governorate has suffered for a long time, especially in light of the scarcity of parking lots.
