Al -Mabra Al -Khalifiya Foundation announced its patronage of a group of “enriching” participants in the Summer School Program at the National University of Singapore and the “Harvard Youth for Change Leadership” conference that the Kingdom of Bahrain hosted for the first time ever, in addition to partial care by UNHOK Bahrain.
This step comes within the framework of its commitment to the development of Bahraini youth and their prospects expanded, by opening paths for cultural and vocational exchange at the international level, in line with its vision to enable a conscious generation and able to compete globally.
In the context of providing educational and leadership opportunities in front of Bahraini youth, Al -Mabra Al -Khalifiya Foundation sponsored the participation of Abdul Rahman Albi and Hamed Al -Khudair – accompanied by coach Abdullah Al -Khudair – at the Summer School at the National University of Singapore, which is the only Gulf and Arab team from the Middle East region, out of 70 participants in the program.
The academic program from the National University of Singapore included holding interactive lectures, research activities, and the exchange of cultural experiences with young people from different countries, in order to open new horizons for them in the areas of innovation and education.
In addition to the provision of university professors to professional workshops within leading global specializations such as: artificial intelligence, nuclear energy, electricity and electronics engineering, and modern media.
On both local and international, the Kingdom of Bahrain hosted the “Harvard Youth for Leading Change” conference for the first time, where he participated in the “Enrika” program of the Al -Mabra Al -Khalifiya Foundation: Sundus Obaid, Lulwa Shuwater, Abdulaziz Silic, and Abdullah Al -Rumaihi, who discussed innovative solutions to societal and economic challenges, and presented leadership projects that reflect the aspiration of Bahraini youth and their active role Create positive change.
Participants won the “Best Speaker” award for each of them, and they also received participation certificates and letters of accredited professors from Harvard University. It should be noted that the participants have worked on actual projects that contributed to enhancing their ability to innovate, formulating applicable solutions, in addition to developing leadership skills, and solving global problems within the framework of sustainable development goals.
On this occasion, Her Highness Sheikha Zain Bint Khalid Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Al -Mabra Al -Khalifiya, said: “Investing in the energies of youth is the most beneficial and the best.
