The Human Resources Department of the Ajman Government issued a circular to all government agencies in the emirate, regarding granting flexibility in times of attendance and leaving employees from parents on the occasion of the start of the new academic year 2025-2026. Parents from parents are granted permission to delay in attendance or early exit during the full days of the first week of the new academic year, to accompany their children from and from custody, kindergarten or home, provided that the permission period does not exceed three hours per day, and it also allowed granting a similar permission on the first school day for employees who have children in the primary stage and above, according to the same time conditions.
