The security services in the Qena Security Directorate arrested a young man for killing his father by stabbing a kitchen knife, in the village of Al -Shawaniya, Nag Hammadi Center, north of Qena Governorate.
The beginning came when Major General Mohamed Hamed Hisham, Director of Qena Security, received a notification from the Nag Hammadi Police Station, stating that the body of a worker had a stab with a sharp machine of a kitchen knife inside his house in the village of Al -Shaaniya, which is affiliated with the center’s department.

Investigations indicated that the victim A, at the age of 50, was working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and returned to his home for nearly a month, he was found a dead body by stabbing a sharp machine a knife in his side.
Investigations revealed that the accused in the incident was 19 years old, his father stabbed his mother, as the victim was constantly quarreling with her.
The accused was arrested and confessed to the incident and the necessary report was released, and the concerned authorities were notified to conduct investigations, which mandated the detective unit to investigate the incident and uncover its circumstances.
