Two phone calls were made between Dr. Badr Abdel -Ati, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Affairs of Egyptians abroad, with Abbas Araqji, the Iranian Foreign Minister, and Rafiera Jerusi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency.

Communications come within the framework of the Egyptian moves aimed at stabilizing the calm, reducing escalation, aspects of tension, pushing peaceful solutions, resuming negotiations on the Iranian nuclear program, and pushing the political and peaceful path.
During contact with the Iranian Foreign Minister, Abdel -Ati stressed the importance of adhering to diplomatic paths and preparing to resume cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency, which contributes to restoring confidence and providing a supportive climate to achieve security and stability in the region.
