A fire broke out in the 123 shoe factory in the Zakat Foundation area in Al -Marj, Cairo Governorate, and firefighters rushed to control and prevent its extension.
The Najda Operations Room in Cairo Governorate received a notification stating that a fire broke out on the area of dozens of meters, in the Zakat Foundation area in Al -Marj, and immediately the Civil Protection Forces in Cairo moved to the site of the fire, while fire engines were pushed to control the fire and prevent its extension to neighboring factories.
One of the eyewitnesses picked up a video site in what he described as the moment the fire broke out at the Marj Shoes Factory, and broadcast it on his page on the social networking site Facebook, showing the high flames and the spread of smoke extensively.
