The village of Kafr El -Shahawi, Khater in the city of Kafr Shukr, in Qaliubiya Governorate, witnessed a fight with firearms, which resulted in the death of a driver and the injury of 3 others, following previous neighborhood differences between two parties.
Major General Mohamed El -Sayed, Director of the General Administration of Qalioubia Investigation, and Major General Wael Metwally, head of the Directorate’s Investigations, received a notification from Brigadier Ahmed Kamal, Head of the Criminal Investigation Branch in Benha, that a report was received by Lieutenant -Colonel Mohamed Emad, head of the Kafr Shukr Center Investigation, from the people of a quarrel between a number of young people with firearms and the presence of a deceased and injured.

Investigations revealed that a verbal argument broke out between the first party, the victims: “Ali H.
It resulted in the injury of 4 people from the first party with gunshots of automatic weapons and cartridges, and the driver’s death was affected by a gunshot wound to the foot, while the rest of the injured were transferred to Kafr Shukr Hospital for treatment.
After the codification of the procedures, Captain Ziad Hashem and Captain Ahmed Abdel Hafeez Al -Khouli, assistant head of the detective, managed to arrest the three defendants.
A report of the incident was released, the Public Prosecution took over the investigation, and ordered the accused for 4 days pending investigations, and stated that the body was buried after the end of the anatomical characteristic with the knowledge of forensic medicine.
