7771 employees and employees of the Ministry of Education participated in 90 training programs during the period from January to July 2025, as part of the Ministry’s continuous efforts to develop the efficiency of its cadres in its various sectors.
The Department of Human Resources and Qualification of Teachers in the Ministry has implemented this series of programs in cooperation with several parties, including the Civil Service Service, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Information, and the Bahraini Doctors Association, to meet the training needs of its cadres in the fields of its specializations.
These programs included a diploma in education and higher diploma in school leadership, as well as workshops to enhance the role of leadership in managing the educational institution, developing the quality of school performance through realistic self -evaluation, patterns of education and learners, strategic planning, special education, cybersecurity, educational and administrative content industry through artificial intelligence applications, and others.
This, and the Ministry of Education continues in the new academic year 2025-2026 to implement more training programs for new payments from its employees.
