The Directorate of Supply and Internal Trade in the lake, headed by Mohamed Ragab Hadiya, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply, and supervised by Suhair Zaatar, Undersecretary of the Supply Directorate, continued to tighten control over municipal bakeries, markets and shops, to ensure that support reached its entitlements and not smuggling it to the black market.
28 municipal bakeries were seized to produce minus bread and sell the subsidized flour on the black market
Where a catering campaign was implemented in the Abu Homs Center, under the supervision of Nasser Abu Arab, Director General of the Administration, Ibrahim Abdel -Hadi Sadouma, Head of the Control Department of the Abu Homs Supply Department, headed by Khaled Ayoub Draz, the first inspector in the administration, and the accompaniment of Abdel Nasser Badr, the first inspector in the administration.
The campaign resulted in the seizure of one of the municipal bakeries to produce a 27 gram of weight bread in the loaf and act in 5 municipal flour pans, and the Supply Directorate was notified to sign the closure penalty for a month, and to seize 5 municipal bakeries to produce minus weight from 8 to 19 grams in the loaf.
One of the municipal bakeries was also seized to dispose of 5 municipal minute, unlawful, and set 3 municipal bakeries for not cleaning the dough tools, and set a municipal bakery for not announcing the work hours, weight, and the price of the loaf and the responsible manager.
The Itai El -Baroud Supply Department carried out a similar rationing campaign, under the supervision and chairmanship of Karim Haroun, Director of the Department, accompanied by Tamer Mamoun, Yahya Naim, and Ahmed Fathi, at the Supply Department, the rationing campaign resulted in the seizure of 12 bakes to produce weight -weight bread, and seized 3 sweets stores to possess food commodities without bills indicating their source, and seizing two stores to not announce prices.
