Who is the Samaritan?
After God – Glory be to Him – the people of Moses – peace be upon him – survived from Pharaoh and his soldiers, and harnessed them for the sea to cross it in safety, praise God and thanked him for his generosity, but after a short period of time they passed through a people who worship idols and asked their prophet to make them an idol to worship him.
Although they are the most nations that have seen miracles, disbelief is still stable in their hearts and followed their whims and interests.
Moses go to Jabal Al -Tor
During the migration of God with his people with his people to Palestine, the revelation came to him to go with his people to the mountain of Al -Tor, which is the same place in which he met with his Lord in the first meeting to give the Torah, as God informed Moses to come to him 30 days, but Moses was unable to bear the longing of God’s meeting, so he went quickly towards the mountain of Al -Tor and informed his people to follow him there and left with his brother Aaron to lead them.
Moses – peace be upon him – went to Jabal Al -Tor and fasted 30 days until he broke the thirtieth day, so God said to him: Why did you break the fast? Moses said: Because the smell of my mouth has changed and I did not like to talk to you and I am this smell, so God said to him: Did you not know that the smell of the fasting mouth is better than musk? Even he ordered him to fast another 10 days to complete the forty, and by this Moses was late for his people for 10 days, it was a period that was able to appear temptations.
The people of Moses disagree with their Prophet
During that period, the people of Moses stopped the path and prevailed in their places, waiting for Moses – peace be upon him – and they refused to follow him, and when Moses was late for 30 days, they said the Prophet of God could not be late and does not leave its time, and it is certain that something has happened.
In the midst of this, Aaron came to ask them about any guilt they committed, so they told him that many of their women were extinct from the gold in Egypt for some occasions and stayed with them and did not repeat it to his companions.
The story of the Samaritan and the Hurry
A man named the Samaritan came out of this gold and made a hurry from him, and God had gave him a wonderful ability to see what others did not see, so he was able to see Gabriel – peace be upon him – and he came to Moses on a horse, and he saw the traces of the Persians hitting in the ground, and whenever the Persians hit his leg in the earth, he would grow from him as if he returns life to things.
So the Samaritan took some of this soil, which was afflicted by the Persians and spread it on the calf made of gold until the calf released a good voice that resembles the true voice, and the people of Moses called to them and said to them that this is your God .. Did you see gold before making a good voice? They were convinced of the words of the Samaritan and worshiped the calf.
Aaron tried to repel them, but they threatened him with death, believing that Moses would return and support them for their actions, so Aaron feared that the sedition would be increased between them and he waited for his brother’s return.

God told – Glory be to Him – our master Moses, what his people did from their calf worship, so he rushed to them angry and threw the panels in which he wrote what God has revealed to him in the Torah, and he blamed his brother strongly on his failure to deter them, and his people blamed their heinous act, then he turned to the Samaritan and asked him about what he did, so he confessed to his action and how he paid him The verb, so our master Moses – peace be upon him – punished him in exile, threatening him with the torment of the Hereafter.
Moses ended that sedition, burned the calf, blew it, and then threw it in the river in front of the eyes of the people until it brought them back to their correct faith.
