ABU DHABI – Wam in a prominent achievement of international environmental law enforcement, the “Green Shield” process led by the UAE Ministry of Interior succeeded through the “International Climate Enforcement Inclusion (i2C)” in the dismantling of major criminal networks operating in the Amazon basin, which resulted in the arrest of 94 people and the confiscation of illegal assets valued at more than $ 64 million.
