The Ministry of Communications and Communications announced that the total transactions completed in the Small Ship Registration Office during the month of June 2025 amounted to 1762 transactions, distributed over various services related to the registration and regulation of small ships movement in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The monthly statistics revealed that the issuance of “new and renewable” driving licenses issues the list of services with 788 licenses, while the number of transactions to registration of “new and renewable” boats reached 231 transactions. With regard to safety and oversight, 290 technical examinations were conducted, and 157 numbers were issued for registered boats.
The transactions also included the registration of water bikes with 69 transactions, along with 70 transactions to change certificates and licenses data, and 151 transfers to transfer ship ownership. The number of deletion certificates issued during the month reached 6 certificates.
These statistics reflect the size of the efforts made by the Ministry to develop maritime transport services and facilitate procedures for beneficiaries, in a way that contributes to promoting safety and efficiency in this vital sector.
