The Ministry of Endowments announced the opening of 8 mosques today, Friday, July 25, 2025, explaining that a new mosque was established and built, replaced and renewed 6 mosques, maintenance and development of another mosque.
The Ministry indicated, in a statement, that the total number of mosques opened since July 2025 until now reached 36 mosques, including 33 mosques between new construction, replacement and renewal, and 3 maintenance and development mosques, and the ministry confirmed that the total of what was replaced, renewed, maintained and brushed since July 2014 amounted to 13525 mosques, at a total cost of about 23 billion and 229 million pounds.
