The museums sector, a representative of the General Administration of Media and Public Relations, in cooperation with the General Administration of Crisis and Disaster Management and Risk Reduction at the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, organized a ceremony honoring Dr. Mamdouh Odeh, Director General of the General Administration of Crisis and Disaster Management, on the occasion of his retirement age, in the Al Manial Museum.

The ceremony witnessed the attendance of a number of leaders of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, the Supreme Council of Antiquities, and the sectors of museums and projects, in addition to representatives of the Syndicate of Workers at the Supreme Council of Antiquities, who expressed their appreciation and gratitude for the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Odeh, contributed to raising the efficiency of the crisis management system in museums and enhancing its readiness to deal with various challenges.
The attendees praised during the ceremony for its sincerity and discipline, stressing that it was a role model in active leadership and rational administration.
For his part, Dr. Mamdouh Odeh expressed his gratitude for this honor, stressing that the successes that were achieved came as a result of teamwork and fruitful cooperation between the various departments and sectors of the Supreme Council of Antiquities.
At the end of the ceremony, he was granted a shield of excellence from the head of the museums sector, in honor of his concrete contributions to the development of the work system in museums, and he was honored with two other two union committee in Cairo and Central Egypt, and the Central Operations Chamber, in appreciation of his career and his continuous efforts in serving the tourism and antiquities sector.
Mustafa Shehata, Chairman of the Union Committee of Cairo and Central Egypt, also honored the Shield of Honoring for his sovereignty for the achievements he presented, and an expression of the sincere feelings of the work team, Shaima Abdel Muttalib, Director of the Central Operations Room on behalf of the management team, presented the honor shield in appreciation of his distinguished career.
