The referral order in case No. 8666 of 2024, the criminal of the second of October, stated a group of charges, including the leadership of a terrorist group with qualitatively armed work groups in the Brotherhood, aimed at using violence, threats and intimidation at home in order to violate public order, endanger the life of society and secure danger, harm individuals and cast terror in their hearts and endanger their lives and rights and other rights and freedoms that have guaranteed them Constitution and law, harm to national unity and social peace.
Some defendants were directed to join a terrorist group with their knowledge of its purposes, and some of them charged terrorist financing, forgery of official editors, and charges of possession of firearms and ammunition.
