Today, Monday, the Court of Jaafar in Alexandria will hear the second trial sessions of 3 students accused of violating the offer of a child with special needs and suffering from excessive movement and difficulty in pronouncing, to present the documents, after the accused’s lawyer requested.
Detailing the trial of students accused of a small offer
The events of the case No. 1388 of 2025 AD due to the 3 -year -old students, who are lured by a 6 -year -old, who are with special needs and suffers from excessive movement and difficulty in pronouncing, to the abode of one of them and alternating the indecent assault.
The accused’s lawyer’s request was earlier to postpone the trial to present documents that he demanded to obtain from a government hospital, explaining its importance in the case.
Earlier, Mohamed Ramzi, the lawyer for the victim, said that he suffers from physical weakness in addition to excessive movement and difficulty in pronouncing, and it was found this through the forensic report that the child was 3 years old when he is 6 years old.
The lawyer explained that the perpetrators lured the victim’s child to the house of one of them, and they violated his presentation, and this was confirmed during the forensic report, as well as in the prosecution’s investigations.
