The Meteorological Authority revealed the details of the weather today, Wednesday, July 16, 2025 in Egypt, confirming that the weather today is witnessing a rise in temperatures in most parts, and the maximum temperature records about 37 degrees Celsius on the areas of Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt and the cities of the canal, with activity of winds and opportunities for varying rains in some areas.

The Meteorological Authority said, in a statement: Today, Wednesday, July 16, 2025, the weather will be very hot day, hot, wet on the northern coasts, heat, wet at night and early in the morning, with a waterbed in the early morning from 4:00 am, at the north of the country to Greater Cairo, it may sometimes be dense on some roads leading to and from the northwestern coasts.

The Meteorological Authority pointed out that some low and medium clouds sometimes appear on separate areas from the north of the country to Greater Cairo and northern Upper Egypt, with opportunities for light rains in the evening that may sometimes be moderate on separate areas of Halayeb, Shalatin and Abu Simbel, may be thunderstorm sometimes accompanied by an exciting wind activity of sand and dust at intermittent periods, and areas of Aswan and South may witness opportunities Light rains in the evening intermittently.
Air phenomena expected today, Wednesday
Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, Channel City, Northwest Coasts, Northeastern Coasts and Central Sinai are witnessing the presence of moderate winds at 26 km/h, and the weather will be partially cloudy during daytime periods.
The winds are active at a speed of 30 km/h, on the South Sinai region, with light rains, and partially cloudy weather during daytime periods, while the winds are moderate at a speed of 28 km/h, on the north of Upper Egypt.
