The southern governorate held a ceremony honoring the governorate employees in appreciation of their efforts in the success of the governorate’s initiatives for the middle of 2025, and on this occasion, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Khalifa, Governor of the southern governorate, preferred to honor the employees of the governorate, in an annual habit that the southern governorate was keen to honor its employees for their efforts and their leading contributions to the service of the province and follow up on the implementation of projects on the one hand, and support the province On the other hand, in the presence of His Excellency Brigadier Hamad Muhammad Al -Khayyat, Deputy Governor.
At the beginning of the ceremony, His Highness the Governor of the Southern Governorate stressed that achieving excellence in the administrative work in the governorate comes thanks to the support of the team, the first of His Excellency Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior, which is a motive in developing the capabilities of the provincial affiliates and continuing creativity and innovation in order to enhance success stories resulting from the pillars of the province’s work represented in security, communication and development that contribute to upgrading the level of services.
His Highness the Governor also praised the spirit of the one team that characterizes all the employees of the southern governorate and their continuous endeavor to raise the productivity index, and the performance by performing the tasks entrusted to them in an effective and distinctive way, which had its prominent role in the achievements of the province, whether projects and programs for the middle of 2025, noting the province’s keenness to continue to provide more gains and progress to serve the province and its families.
After that, His Highness the Governor honored the directors of the governorate departments, and the most service employees in the governorate, in addition to honoring employees in the field of commitment to attend and leaving, and those holding a number of more training hours, then the Director of Human Resources and Financial Management, Mrs. Maryam Al -Mannai, delivered a speech on this occasion through which she confirmed the role of encouraging human cadres in work with professionalism and efficiency, which reflects positively on the work environment, after which the head of the planning department delivered The strategic Ahmed Al -Nasser is a speech on strategic planning, and its role in the outputs of administrative work for all governorate departments, according to organized plans that contribute to functional and administrative creativity.
