The Cairo Administrative Court decided to postpone the consideration of the appeal submitted by Mohamed Shoukry, the candidate of the Al -Nour Party in Cairo, for tomorrow’s session to pronounce the ruling.

In the same context, the Administrative Court of Beni Suef, today, Monday, accepted the appeal submitted by Dr. Ahmed Yahya, Minister of the Nour Party in Beni Suef Governorate, the decision to exclude him from the statements of the candidates for the Senate 2025 elections for the individual district in the governorate.
The ruling came to return to Yahya, the official to the electoral race, after he had previously been excluded from the initial candidacy lists, as he had submitted his candidacy papers in the Beni Suef Court of First Instance, as part of the ongoing preparations for the elections.
The independent candidate chose the lantern symbol for the elections, provided that the code be approved permanently after the announcement of the final list of the candidates accepted by the National Elections Authority.
The minister of multiple scientific qualifications, including a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Ain Shams University, and a diploma of cardiovascular diseases from Beni Suef University, along with a diploma in Islamic law from the Islamic University.
