The National Research and Rescue Center of the National Guard, in coordination with the Air Force and Air Defense Command, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE embassy in Muscat, implemented the mission of an air ambulance for Emirati people, after they were subjected to an eloquent traffic accident while they were in the sisterly Sultanate of Oman, which resulted in severe injuries and deaths. With the cooperation and support of the Omani authorities, the injured were transferred by air ambulance to Sheikh Khalifa Hospital in Fujairah to complete the treatment, after receiving primary care in the Sultanate. In this context, the National Guard Command and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the deceased, and its wishes for a speedy recovery for all the injured.
