A short time ago, the movement of railway trains on the Cairo Alexandria line stopped, after it was broken in a train near Benha station, which led to the suspension of the movement of trains temporarily, according to informed sources for Cairo 24.
This afternoon, the Tala station in Menoufia Governorate witnessed a sudden disruption in the 552 train tractor from the city of Tanta, which is heading to Cairo, which led to the stopping of the train inside the station for a long period of time, amid a state of accumulation and resentment between the passengers.
The train was scheduled to pass at the Tala station at four thirty in the afternoon, but a sudden technical failure affected the tractor as soon as it entered the station, and caused it completely stopping the movement, without a specific date for resuming the trip until now.
Immediately, the Railways Authority worked to provide an alternative tractor to withdraw the train and complete its journey towards Cairo, in parallel with the necessary technical tests to determine the cause of the sudden holidays and deal with it urgently, in order to ensure the regularity of the operation and reduce the size of the effect on the rest of the trains table.
