In his telegram, the Minister of Culture said: On the authority of myself, and on behalf of all employees of the Ministry of Culture, I am pleased to congratulate you and the Egyptian people on the occasion of the glorious July revolution, which changed the face of history, and established the pillars of national independence, social justice, and human dignity.
The Minister of Culture emphasized that the July 23 revolution was a sincere expression of the will of a great people who sought freedom and sovereignty, and he responded to his call by loyal men from the free officers, so the birth of modern Egypt was and the beginning of a new era befitting its ancient history.
He added: Egypt continues, under your leadership, its path towards building the new republic, through giant national projects, and qualitative achievements based on the basis of science, work, awareness and belonging.
The Minister of Culture concluded his telegram by emphasizing the Ministry’s commitment to the principles of the revolution, and its role in building the Egyptian person, preserving the national identity, and strengthening cultural awareness, believing that culture represents the first line of defense of the country, and a bridge that reaches the glorious past with the promising future.
And God called to protect Egypt, and to restore this precious occasion to the great people of Egypt, with more progress, security and prosperity.
