His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the Great Country, may God protect and preserve him, issued Decree No. (41) of 2025 with the transfer and appointment of the Ministry of Interior, based on the offer of the Minister of Interior, and after the approval of the Council of Ministers, it stated:
Article 1
Mr. Ali Abdel -Hussein Sheikh Khalaf Al -Asfour, Governor of the Northern Governorate, is transferred to be a consultant for community affairs in the Ministry of Interior to the rank of Undersecretary of the Ministry.
Article Two
Sheikh Rashid bin Abdul Rahman bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Governor of the Capital Governorate, is transferred to be the general coordinator of the governorates in the Ministry of Interior, to succeed Mr. Mubarak bin Ahmed Al -Fadil.
Article Three
Mr. Hassan Abdullah Muhammad Al -Madani, Deputy Governor of the Capital Governorate, is appointed as Governor of the Northern Governorate, to succeed Mr. Ali Abdul -Hussein Sheikh Khalaf Al -Asfour, and his appointment period in the mentioned governorate will be four years.
Article 4
Sheikh Khalid bin Hamoud bin Abdullah Al Khalifa is appointed as the governor of the Capital Governorate, to succeed Sheikh Rashid bin Abdul Rahman bin Rashid Al Khalifa, and his appointment period in the mentioned governorate will be four years.
Article Five
Brigadier Ammar Mustafa Jaafar, Assistant Head of Public Security for Community Affairs in the Ministry of Interior, is transferred to be the deputy governor of the Capital Governorate, to succeed Mr. Hassan Abdullah Muhammad Al -Madani, for a period of four years.
Article Six
Major General Abdel Salam Youssef Al -Arifi, Director General of the General Administration of Reform and Rehabilitation in the Ministry of Interior, is transferred to be an assistant to the Head of Public Security for Community Affairs to succeed Brigadier Ammar Mustafa Jaafar Al -Sayed.
Article Seven
Colonel Adnan Juma Abdullah Bahr is appointed Director General of the General Administration of Reform and Rehabilitation in the Ministry of Interior, succeeding Major General Abdel Salam Youssef Al -Arifi.
Article 8
The Minister of the Interior must implement this decree, work with it from the date of its issuance, and it is published in the Official Gazette.
