The investigation authorities ordered the imprisonment of a driver for 4 days pending investigations, after accusing him of ran over a woman while crossing the road in the city of Badr, which led to her death, and then escaped from the site of the accident.

The security services in the Ministry of Interior had received a report from the Badr Police Department of a collision that resulted in the death of a resident woman in Fayoum Governorate, while crossing the road, where an unknown car hit her and her commander escaped.
Immediately, the security services began their investigations, and were able to identify and seize the car that caused the accident, which turned out to be the end of the licenses, and its leader is unemployed residing in Qalyubia Governorate.
Facing the accused, he admitted that he committed the incident, justifying his escape from his fear of being subjected to legal accountability, especially because he did not possess driving licenses or running the car.
The investigation authorities decided to reserve the car, and the accused imprisoned 4 days pending investigations, with the detectives assigned to quickly finish the investigations about the circumstances of the incident.
