The Equal Opportunities Committee of the Ministry of Labor held its periodic meeting for the year 2025, headed by Sheikh Khalifa bin Salman bin Muhammad Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor.
During the meeting, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor, Chairman of the Committee, stressed the importance of continuing to develop more initiatives in support of the principle of equal opportunities in the work environment, and to measure their effect systematically to ensure the consistency of its results with the desired strategic goals.
The committee also reviewed what was accomplished in the operational plan for the two years 2024-2025 from enhanced competitiveness in the work environment, as well as efforts to continue developing job capacity building programs and stimulating productivity in a way that contributes to enhancing the principles of equal opportunities and gender balance.
