The Egyptian Handball Team, led by coach Tariq Mahrous, is preparing for the start of his career in the World Handball Championship under 19 years, which Egypt will host from 6 to 17 August, with the participation of 32 teams from all over the world, under the slogan “Egypt receives the world”.
The Egyptian national team matches schedule in the 19 -year -old World Handball Championship
The draw fell in the Egyptian national team in the Group Seven competitions, along with the teams of Japan, South Korea and Bahrain, where the Pharaohs will play all their matches in the first round on the main hall of the Futsal Complex covered in Cairo International Stadium.
Egypt national team matches schedule in the first round:
- Wednesday Aug 6 – 7:30 pm: Egypt × South Korea
- Thursday, Aug 7 – 7:30 pm: Egypt × Bahrain
- Saturday 9 August – 7:30 pm: Egypt × Japan
The halls hosting the championship:
The organizing committee has set 4 major halls to host the championship matches, distributed according to the groups as follows:
- The main hall of Cairo International Stadium: The Seventh and Eighth Groups
- Hall 2 at Cairo Stadium: The fifth and sixth groups
- Hassan Mustafa Hall in 6th of October City: The first and second groups
- New Administrative Capital Hall: The third and fourth groups

- The second group: Hungary – Switzerland – Morocco – Kosovo
- The third group: Serbia – Spain – Croatia – Algeria
