The council started its meeting with praise in the city of Youth 2030, which was honored by the visit of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the king of the country, may God protect and preserve him, and his majesty meeting with those in charge of it and its participants, within the framework of His Majesty’s keenness, may God bless him to meet Bahraini youth in appreciation of their constructive role in the renaissance and progress of Bahrain, where the council pointed to what the youth sector is witnessing in light of the high -care of the high -ranking of the Bahraini youth An interest to enhance their contribution to the development process, and in this regard the Council praised the efforts of His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, representative of His Majesty for Humanitarian Acts and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, in empowering young people and supporting their initiatives, and also praised the contributions of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Vice President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and Chairman of the General Authority for Sports and Chairman of the Bahraini Olympic Committee and his continuous support for the sports and youth.
Then the Council stressed the importance of the discussions conducted by His Majesty the King of the country, may God protect and preserve him with His Excellency General Joseph Aoun, President of the sisterly Lebanese Republic, in supporting the close historical relations that bring together the Kingdom of Bahrain and the sisterly Lebanese Republic, which is witnessing a remarkable development, and continuous growth at all levels, noting the council that the official visit made by His Excellency the President of the Lebanese Republic of the Kingdom of Bahrain embodied the depth of relations The fraternity that brings the two brotherly countries that are based on appreciation, respect and mutual love.
After that, the Council praised the results of the work visit carried out by His Majesty the King of the country, may God bless him with the friendly Italian Republic and the discussions conducted by His Majesty during it with the State of Mrs. Georgia Miloni, Prime Minister of the Italian Republic, which dealt with close historical relations, ways to enhance and develop in all fields, in addition to the developments and regional and international developments in common concern.
Then the Council reviewed the results of the official visit of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, the Prime Minister, may God protect him, to the United States of America and his meeting with His Highness President Donald Trump, President of the United States of America, and the support that resulted in the strategic partnership between the two countries, which is based on a long history of strong bilateral relations that extend for more than 130 years, pointing to the investment package that was announced during the visit between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States Its value is about 17 billion US dollars, and includes agreements and cooperation advertisements in various fields that reflect mutual trust and solid partnership between the two countries, and will contribute to documenting the paths of Bahraini -American relations and pushing strategic partnerships towards more distinctive levels, and the council praised the attention of the visit by the American administration, thanking and appreciating the good reception received by His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, may God preserve him and the accompanying delegation upon the visit The official of His Highness to the United States of America.
After that, the Council of Ministers directed the relevant authorities to continue the hard and thankful work in the field of combating trafficking in people in a way that enhances the position of the Kingdom of Bahrain in this aspect, expressing his thanks and appreciation for the active role of the Ministry of Interior and all the concerned authorities in this aspect, on the occasion of the International Day to Combat Trading Persons.
Then the Council of Ministers stressed the importance of the continued relief efforts in Gaza, thanking the sisterly and friendly countries that contribute to these efforts, again in this regard emphasizing Bahrain’s steadfast and supporting the Palestinian issue and supporting all efforts and efforts to reach a fair and permanent peaceful solution to the Palestinian issue and the importance of protecting civilians and release hostages and detainees, stopping escalation and avoiding violence that threatens security and regional stability.
After that, the Council approved the following notes:
1. The Coordination Committee’s memorandum on a package of priority bills in the context of keeping pace with the requirements of development for the benefit of the citizen.
2. The Memorandum of the Ministerial Committee for Legal and Legislative Affairs on a draft resolution amending the schedule accompanying the decision of customs services.
3. A memorandum of the Ministerial Committee for Legal and Legislative Affairs regarding a memorandum of cooperation between the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Internal Security in the United States of America regarding strengthening cooperation in the field of border security through the exchange of information.
4. The Memorandum of the Ministerial Committee for Legal and Legislative Affairs regarding the Memorandum of Understanding between the General Administration for the implementation of alternative judgments and penalties and the Royal University of Girls regarding the provision of specialized educational programs for employees of the General Administration to implement alternative judgments and penalties and to beneficiaries of alternative penalties.
5. The Memorandum of the Ministerial Committee for Legal and Legislative Affairs on the Memorandum of Understanding between the Information Authority and the e -government and the Ministry of Communication Technology in the Republic of Tunisia.
6. The Memorandum of the Ministerial Committee for Legal and Legislative Affairs regarding the Memorandum of Understanding between the Supreme Council for Environment and the Ministry of Environmental Protection in the Republic of Turkmenistan.
7. The Memorandum of the Ministerial Committee for Legal and Legislative Affairs on the government’s response to 7 proposals with a desire submitted by the House of Representatives and a proposal to a law submitted by the Shura Council.
Then the council reviewed the memorandum of His Excellency the Minister of Affairs of the Shura and Representatives of the House of Representatives on the work of the third regular session of the sixth legislative chapter of the Shura and Representatives Councils, which reflected the positive results of cooperation between the executive and legislative authorities in the field of legislative and supervisory work.
Then the council took note of the external participation of the Excellencies and Excellency the Ministers and the visits of the ministers of brotherly and friendly countries to the Kingdom of Bahrain during the month of August 2025.
