The National Communications Regulatory Authority confirms that it has been completed Fire control, The necessary cooling operations are underway, and it also indicates that the fixed internet movement of the customers of Telecom Egypt has been transferred completely to the reciprocal movement center in the Central Al -Waddah customers of the Telecom Egypt, within the framework of the follow -up of the National Communications Regulatory Authority for temporary breakdown in telecommunications services as a result of the fire.
The device also shows that fixed internet services and mobile services (vote) transfer data have been affected by the relatively three mobile companies as a result of the failure of some linking circuits due to the fire. Coordination between the technical teams of the Telecom Egypt and mobile companies are underway to restore the connection circles affected by the Syrusal fire and replace them on other directions on the rest of the Central Telecom Central devices.
