Initial investigations in the incident revealed that the Kids Iria administration in the mall refused to enter the mother with her girl for the bathroom due to the accusations of harassment, which resulted in the lock of the bathroom door at the hands of the girl and cut her finger.
The Swedish informed the police and edited a report against the director of the Kids Iria and the mall administration for neglect, and the competent investigation authorities undertook the investigation into the incident to determine its circumstances and causes.
